Q. How much are closing costs? As a rule of thumb, you can expect about 1% of the purchase price plus whatever loan fees are charged for miscellaneous closing costs. Lenders are required by law to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of anticipated closing costs when you apply for your financing. We will review your final figures with you before you go into closing.

Q. Can we close our purchase from a distance?
Absolutely. We just need to know well in advance.
