Conifer

Conifer lies approximately 10 miles south of Evergreen on Hwy 285. There is no town per se; it is instead defined by its zip code (80433) and a number of large neighborhood shopping centers that have recently sprung up along the highway. Hwy 285 is a 4-lane, limited access divided roadway that provides rapid access to Denver. Conifer generally offers a bit more rural environment, larger parcels and a lower price point than Evergreen.
