Evergreen

Evergreen is an unicorporated (no city government) town approximately 30 minutes west of the Denver metroplex that is nestled into the foothills between the high plains of eastern Colorado and the state's famous alpine country, home to the world's best skiing. Evergreen's mild weather is similar to Denver's, yet its topography and open space parks are similar to the high country, making Evergreen a uniquely beautiful and comfortable place to live. I-70 provides rapid access to many entertainment and shopping venues as well as employment opportunities in Denver. Homes sold for an average of $503,140 in 2007.
