Carrie Hurich
Co-Owner & Broker Associate

Real estate has never just been about houses for me—it’s about people, transitions, and the moments that matter most. I’ve helped first-time buyers find their start, guided families through emotional goodbyes, and stood beside clients as they made big, often life-changing decisions.

I was raised in the foothills and built my career in challenging markets, where trust, clarity, and calm leadership made all the difference. As a cancer survivor, I bring perspective, strength, and empathy to every relationship—and to every transaction.

These days, I help lead Tupper’s Team and the Madison Evergreen office, and I’m proud to serve as Senior Vice President of Operations and Lead Coach for Madison & Company Properties. But titles aren’t what matter most—people do. My focus every day is being fully present for the buyers and sellers who trust me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I’m never too busy for a call, a question, or a cup of coffee to talk things through—because this work is personal, and so is my commitment to you.

Whether you're buying, selling, or just figuring out what comes next, I’m here to make the process feel grounded, thoughtful, and a little easier—because you deserve more than a transaction. You deserve to be taken care of. It’s that level of care, clarity, and steady support that’s led both clients and fellow agents to seek me out when the stakes are high. If you’re thinking about making a move, I’d be honored to help you take the next step—with the same dedication and heart I’d want for my own family.

Her years of experience have created a network of relationships that is really helpful. She is friendly, honest, hardworking, a great negotiator, and available whenever you need her. Carrie genuinely cares about your well-being and strives to make both buying and selling a home as stress-free as possible. We highly recommend her and would definitely choose her again as our realtor.
