Next stop—a balanced market.  Inventory is up from this time last year, it’s taking a little longer to sell, and there are more price reductions.  Home prices are still climbing, albeit more slowly.  Where sellers had the negotiating edge over the last few years, signs of that changing are starting to show.  But while the market may be cresting, it’s turning slowly.   Well-priced homes in good condition continue to sell quickly, but over-priced homes that need attention are no longer finding buyers willing to bid at or above asking price.

Tupper's Team prepares a Market Segment Report every month to stay on top of activity in every price range.   If you’d like to see a copy of our latest Market Segment Report, just let me know.

The 2019 Tupper’s Team calendar with 12 fresh foothills images is in our office.  They’re FREE—if you’d like one, just call Jan at 720-248-8757 or email us at [email protected]
