The five regions are, Old Squaw Pass, Echo Hills, Upper Witter Gulch, Lower Witter Gulch and Circle K-Golden Willow-Yankee Creek. The districts exclude properties that already can receive broadband service. The Clear Creek County Assessor has identified a total of 1017 properties within the district boundaries. They are proposing a formation of a local improvement district (LID) to help finance the construction of broadband infrastructure in the eastern part of the county.

Materials provided to the County by CCB, including a list of properties in the proposed district are available for review in the office of the Clerk & Recorder. They are also available on the county’s website at https://www.co.clear-creek.co.us/Documentcenter/Index/881
