Why we should welcome a cooling housing market. The foothills’ once-sizzling real estate market is cooling down. But is that a bad thing? We’re heading into a normal market, where supply and demand are more balanced. As prices stabilize (they’re not dropping, just leveling off), more buyers can afford to buy and more inventory will be available for them to select from. Sellers will still sell, but bidding wars will fade.

If you want to see how homes in your price range are performing, Tupper's Team prepares a Market Segment Report every month to stay on top of activity in every price range. If you’d like to see a copy of our latest Market Segment Report, just let us know
