November Market Update
A number of our clients have called to ask if our real estate market is at the top. We could be, but we won’t know until the top has passed. We’ve seen a 15% decline in sales activity year-to-date, but the average selling price continues to rise, so it appears the market is softening but we don’t see any cause for alarm. Yes, rates are up, we are in a trade war with China and we have affordability issues, but we have only 2 months’ supply of available homes, which indicates a robust market.
