The slowing real estate market appears to be a trend.  The New York Times recently reported that many metropolitan areas are experiencing more inventory, longer marketing times and fewer multiple offers.  The article noted that Denver saw multiple offers fall from 49% of all sales a year ago to 14% this year.  But 14% is still a respectable number when compared to a decade ago when bidding wars were a rarity.  While our local market still favors sellers, it is a less-good seller’s market.

Tupper's Team prepares a Market Segment Report to stay on top of activity in every price range.   If you’d like to see how homes in your price range are performing, just ask us to email a copy of our Market Segment Report to you.
